gained experience!

ok my match over never make it to the finals
but its ok its my first time entering this competition
but one thing i noe i ve improve a little i nid more training
before my match yesterdae i calm myself and dont care where
is my opponent from although he older than me by one year
i keep moving forward keep punching but
donnoe why i never kick..
k i made him fall 1 time and my teammates were all very happy
den he made me fall twice..i lose he won..
after the match

k then rest for awhile change up then
briefing instructor kinda not satisfied with our performance
bt i promise myself next year i do my very best
in this competition i will take every training seriously
try to spar with someone who is more experience then me
better than to improve myself...
